145 Neck Path

It may not be Freedom Tower, but it could be your Freedom Pad — and a very well-lit one at that. This 10,000-square-foot, mostly glass bungalow at 145 Neck Path in East Hampton was designed by Jeff Smilow, the structural engineer of One World Trade Center. In addition to its succinctly cubic design, the newly built residence has two staircases, 5,000 square feet of open living, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, five of which are all marble. It also features a kitchen custom made in Italy, a large storage space that could be a screening room and a pool with hot tub. [Patch]
