Halstead Property will market the first condo building on Central Park North in Harlem, The Real Deal has learned. The 11-story, 17-unit building, 125 Central Park North, will include two- and three-bedroom condos as well as full-floor homes ranging from $729,000 to $1.6 million, prices on par with condos in nearby neighborhoods like the Upper West Side and Morningside Heights. Queva Lutz and Sara Olsen are the developers. Norman Horowitz, a Halstead senior vice president, will oversee the marketing and sales at 125 Central Park North.
