United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan has called Donald Trump’s bluff. Trump, in testimony to a Senate subcommittee last week, said the UN should leave its current headquarters in Turtle Bay and relocate to the new office towers being built at Ground Zero. He also said the UN’s estimate for its renovations was wrong. It will cost the international body about $3 billion to renovate its current headquarters, Trump said, not $1.2 billion.
