Halstead Property this week became the first major residential brokerage in the city to open an office in Riverdale. The retail storefront office at 3531 Johnson Avenue in the northwestern Bronx neighborhood will house 20 agents managed by the office’s sales director, Vasco Da Silva, according to a Monday afternoon release from Halstead. The Westchester-bordering Riverdale is the Bronx’s wealthiest neighborhood and one of its fastest-growing.
