Prospect Heights continues to draw some of the briskest development of any Brooklyn neighborhood. Most notably perhaps is a 15-story, Richard Meier-designed tower planned for the corner of Eastern Parkway and Plaza Street East, at Grand Army Plaza and the entrance to Prospect Park.
