Harlem Park developer Michael Caridi plans to sell his interest in the stalled residential and commercial development to a new combine led by Vornando Realty Trust, which reportedly plans an even bigger project at the 125th Street and Park Avenue site. Harlem Park was hailed as one of the most important developments in East Harlem in decades when ground was broken on it in early 2005.
