Cell phone tower regulations may be tightened

Some New Yorkers, along with several city lawmakers, are seeking to increase regulation over the placement of cell phone towers and antennae in the five boroughs. Many of the towers and antennae end up on top of buildings, with landlords renting out the rooftop use to cell phone companies. more [Sun] and more [NYDN]
