Groundbreaking is set for Wednesday morning for Avalon Riverview North, the first phase of the Queens West development in Long Island City. Avalon Riverview North will add 613 rental units at 48th Avenue at Center Boulevard and Gantry Plaza State Park, according to the Empire State Development Corporation.
