Landlord racks up 7,000 violations in two months

In just the past two months, one Queens landlord has racked up about 7,000 housing code violations in the borough. Nicholas Haros, who owns 47 properties in Queens housing 1,800 tenants, owes $411,000 to repay the city for repairs contracted out, as well as $13,675 in court fines. more [Courier]
