Corcoran advice ruffles Realtors’ feathers

Barbara Corcoran caused a stir recently with advice she dispensed on “Good Morning America” about what real estate brokers won’t tell their clients. Among other things, Corcoran said, brokers won’t say “I think this house is overpriced” or “I’m going to show you a crappy house first to lower your expectations.” The president of the National Association of Realtors fired off a rebuttal to Corcoran, saying that Realtors must abide by the association’s code of ethics. more [Curbed]
