Commercial brokerage Grubb & Ellis announced Thursday afternoon that one of its top-producing New York brokers had been promoted to executive managing director. Jeffrey Rosenblatt joined Grubb & Ellis in 2001, and has completed transactions comprising more than 500,000 square feet on behalf of the brokerage.
