Soho, Tribeca have priciest rents, report says

Soho and Tribeca continue to be the most expensive neighborhoods to rent in Manhattan, according to a new report. The average rent for apartments in the Downtown neighborhoods was $3,650 a month in March, according to a report released Tuesday from brokerage Citi Habitats. That’s a $537 increase over the average Tribeca and Soho rent in February, when the neighborhoods were also the borough’s priciest. more By Tom Acitelli
