A ferry will start running next spring between Yonkers and Lower Manhattan, the Port Authority announced Thursday. The ferry operator, New York Water Taxi, will run it from Yonkers, the Battery Park City Ferry Terminal, and Pier 11 at the foot of Wall Street. more [NYT]
