A state board was unable to vote today on the proposed Moynihan Station transit hub. The representative of state Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver on the Public Authorities Control Board apparently didn’t show at Friday’s board meeting. The board, then, didn’t have a quorum to vote. more [NYO]
