Way, way over on the East Side, residents and city officials are gearing up for a landmarking battle with developer Stahl Real Estate. Stahl is looking into constructing two tall glass towers in the City and Suburban Homes complex. Most of the buildings in the complex were granted landmark status in 1990, but as part of the deal two were left in the hands of developers. more [Sun]
