The official boundaries of the World Trade Center site were expanded yesterday and now include the parcel on the north side of Vessey Street that holds 7 World Trade Center. The move by the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation could eventually lead to the reopening of Greenwich Street, which now dead ends just north of the site. more[NYT]
