Vornado Realty Trust has entered into an agreement to purchase the Manhattan Mall for $689 million. The one million square foot retail and office hub on Sixth Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets is 97% leased. As part of the deal, Vornado also nets 250,000 square feet of additional air rights.
