Panel predicts continued growth

A panel comprised of many of the city’s top developers gave their predictions for the future of New York City real estate recently at a conference hosted by NYU. The developers, including World Trade Center site developer Larry Silverstein, Related Companies chairman Stephen Ross, Vornado Realty Trust boss Michael Fascitelli and others, predicted robust growth in the Manhattan office market in the coming years, especially in the area around Penn Station.
