New operator for tourist ferry?

The National Park Service has put out a request for bids to run the ferry service that shuttles passengers to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Circle Line has long operated the ferries, but companies such as New York Water Taxi have expressed interest in taking over the routes.
