Brokers court the Hispanic market

From the February issue: New York City’s residential brokerages are following the lead of firms in markets like Florida and Texas and increasingly offering services aimed at prospective Hispanic buyers. Brokerages are employing Spanish-language Web sites and marketing programs in Spanish to woo the city’s Hispanic population, which is expected to grow to 4.4 million in the next 15 years. more By Maya Dollarhide
