Moody’s Investors Service is expected to sign for two more floors at Silverstein Properties’ 7 World Trade Center in the next few weeks. The deal would add approximately 80,000 square feet to the 600,000 square feet Moody’s has already leased. The rent will reportedly be in the $60 per square foot range.
