The Real Deal New York

Some of New York real estate’s richest are–not surprisingly–getting even richer. According to Forbes magazine’s just released list of the world’s 946 billionaires, many New York real estate moguls added to their considerable wealth compared to last year. Mort Zuckerman, head of real estate investment trust Boston Properties, saw among the biggest gains, with his net worth increasing $300 million, to $2.8 billion. He was worth $2.5 billion last year, according to Forbes’ 2006 list of the richest Americans. more By Lauren Elkies
