Citi Habitats is finally conforming to the real estate industry’s norm when it comes to its corporate pecking order. Starting July 1, agents at the 700-agent residential firm will have titles that mirror those of their competitors at other real estate companies: senior associate, then vice president, then senior vice president. “We never were a company that believed in differentiating between agent A and agent B,” said Gary Malin, Citi Habitats’ COO.
