The Atlantic Development Group, Rosenshein Associates and the Related Companies all submitted proposals to redevelop the Bronx’s Kingsbridge Armory, and the competing plans have been reviewed by a task force of community leaders. All three developers proposed at least one big-box retailer, a cinema, a fitness center, a bank branch and a large community space.
