From the June issue: The name may be the same, but developers of the Setai, Miami are trading the condo’s Art Deco aesthetic for a more corporate look for the Setai, New York. To woo buttoned-up New Yorkers, John Conroy, co-founder of the Setai Group, said the Setai, New York will appeal to those conducting business dinners and meetings. While both Setai developments are in the ultra-luxury category, prices per square foot are higher at the Setai, New York. At the 30-story condo conversion, located at 40 Broad Street, prices average $1,350 per square foot. The 40-story Setai, Miami, was built in 2004 and opened at $600 to $700 per square foot. more By Tracy McNamara
