The Chelsea Arts Tower on 25th Street between 10th and 11th avenues has been completed. Alan Garry of Kossar & Garry was the 20-story building’s main architect; Richard Gluckman of Gluckman Maynor Architects designed the lobby; and HOK designed the facade. The High Line-area property is a commercial condo that was marketed to art galleries. According to the building’s Web site, only one unit remains unsold. more [Curbed]
