The City of New York and Con Edison have leased a combined 120,000 square feet of the Queens Tower at 88-11 165th Street in Jamaica. The city signed a 20-year lease for 105,000 square feet of space on the first six floors; the energy provider took 15,000 square feet on the 10th floor in a 10-year agreement. The building’s owner, Muss Development, recently renovated the 185,000-square-foot, 10-story property after long-time tenant Verizon left in 2005. more [GlobeSt]
