Hudson Park sells for $75M

Boymelgreen Developers has sold Hudson Park, its new construction rental building at 323 West 96th Street, for $75 million to the Pinnacle Group. GFI Realty Services brokered the sale of the 15-story, 172-unit building. The 210,000-square-foot building was constructed in 2001 and features a fitness center, roof terrace, playroom and 24-hour concierge. Most apartments have Hudson River views. TRD
