Rendering appears for downtown skyscraper

A new rendering of developer Larry Silverstein’s planned 60-story hotel-condo at 99 Church Street, designed by Costas Kondyls, has been leaked. The first 20 floors could be a boutique hotel. Construction is slated to begin by the year’s end. [Curbed] more
