Developer Douglas Durst says Conde Nast wants to leave 4 Times Square for a new Hudson Yards tower by 2015. The 1.5 million square foot tower will be part of a West Side Rail Yard proposal by the Durst Organization and Vornado Realty Trust. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is accepting bids for the site until October 11. Conde Nast occupies 700,000 square feet at Durst’s 4 Times Square.
