Eight months before it opens, the Durst Organization’s 54-story 1 Bryant Park has just one open floor left. Law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has reportedly taken the 47th floor, giving it a total of 230,000 square feet on floors 41 through 47. Developer Kent Swig said recently that he believed Durst would get “astronomical returns” on the building, also known as the Bank of America tower.
