In Brooklyn’s Sunset Park, three new condo buildings are nearing completion on Seventh Avenue, between 50th and 58th streets. A 28-unit development at 58th Street is one-third sold out, with unsold units starting at $430,000. The others are a 36-unit condo at 50th Street and a 10-unit condo at 55th Street.
