Magnolia Bakery, famous for the long lines of cupcake-craving customers outside its Bleeker Street shop, plans to open a second bakery uptown. The new store will be at 200 Columbus Avenue and West 69th Street. David LaPierre and Stephen Sjurset of CB Richard Ellis arranged the 10-year, 3,000-square-foot lease.
