A two-acre site in Brooklyn’s Sheepshead Bay has sold for $20.3 million, the neighborhood’s biggest sale in two decades and second biggest ever, according to brokerage Massey Knakal and PropertyShark.com. The site at 1600 Sheepshead Bay Road and 1501 Voorhies Avenue holds nearly 330,000 commercial buildable square feet, or almost 235,000 residential buildable square feet. Acadia Realty Trust plans a mixed-use development with national retailers. Commercial leases at the site’s two existing buildings expire in December and in 2010. TRD
