Trump suffers market’s turns

The downturn in the condo market has proven slowed sales and halting construction at Trump-branded projects nationwide. Construction has stopped at Trump buildings in Tampa and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Building has resumed at a Trump Tower in Toronto after long delays, and Trump Tower Chicago has weathered a slowdown in sales, with 30 percent of its units unsold. In Scotland, meanwhile, a farmer is standing in the way of Trump’s efforts to build a billion-dollar golf resort, a five-star hotel, 950 time-share apartments and 500 houses. more [WSJ] and more [Reuters via National Post]
