Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s second son and his vice president of
development and acquisitions, has paid $2 million for a unit at 100
Central Park South, also known as Trump Parc East, according to public
records. Although the Trump Organization completed the building’s
conversion to condos a decade ago, a search of public records showed
that the 1,353-square foot unit 14D never sold until Eric Trump bought
it. The 14-story apartment building was built in 1930. Former tenants
fought the building’s conversion, causing years of delays. TRD
