22-story office-hotel planned for Hudson Square warehouse

Tribeca Associates plans a $220-million redevelopment that will turn an old warehouse at 330 Hudson Street into a 22-story building with a 170-room luxury hotel and a 5,000 square-foot restaurant atop it. The building between Van Dam and Charleston streets will create 300,000 square feet of offices in the existing eight stories and two new office floors above them. The hotel will be designed by Brennan Beer Gorman architects, while the interiors will be designed by Yabu Pushelberg, which did the Times Square W.
