Seth Pinsky, a veteran of the the city’s Economic Development Corporation, has been named the EDC’s head. Pinsky takes over from Robert Lieber, who is now deputy mayor. Pinsky has worked on several of the city’s biggest developments as an EDC vice president. The EDC’s upper echelon has seen heavy turnover over the past two years. A president, interim president and vice president all left the agency before Lieber took over. Lieber, who replaced Deputy Mayor Dan Doctoroff, had been the EDC’s head for less than a year.
