Lehman Brothers real estate exec buys at 15 CPW for $17.9 million

Raymond Mikulich, co-head of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners and
one of the firm’s managing directors, has purchased a condo at 15
Central Park West for $17.9 million, according to public records posted
today. Tishman Speyer and Lehman Brothers
bought apartment developer Archstone-Smith Trust last year for $13.5
billion. Lehman’s real estate investment arm has also invested in 1
Times Square and the Chrysler Building. TRD
