Bon Jovi sells Park Millennium condo

Singer Jon Bon Jovi sold his pied-à-terre in the Park Millennium
condominium building for $5.48 million, according to city records
posted today.

Bon Jovi apparently got far less than what he originally asked for. The Wall Street Journal reported on Nov. 28, 2006 that he had listed the 28th-floor unit for $6.95 million.

The 46-year-old New Jersey native sold the unit at 111 West 67th Street using his real name John Bongiovi on Feb. 25.

David Kuperberg, president of Cooper Square Realty Inc., a Manhattan-based property management company, purchased the unit. Cooper Square Realty is also the managing agent for the property.

Kuperberg was not immediately available for comment.

Bon Jovi bought the 2,727 square foot unit condo in June 1998 from the building’s developers, Lincoln Metrocenter Partners.

Bon Jovi’s official Web site lists New Jersey as his home.
