Parade renews big lease at 711 Third Avenue

Parade Magazine has renewed its 89,413-square-foot lease renewal at 711 Third Avenue for another 10 years. Landlord SL Green Realty was asking for $65 per square foot for rent. Parade occupies the sixth floor and part of the seventh and 15th floors of the 20-story tower, between 44th and 45th Streets. TRD
