Hersha Hospitality Management planned a soft opening today for its 93-room, four-story Nu Hotel at Smith Street and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. The hotel, occupying the same building as the 75 Smith condominium, has a 24-hour gym and a small bar and restaurant. The boutique hotel had initially been called the Smith.
