HSBC might be moving into the top seven floors of Larry Silverstein’s 7 World Trade Center. The Post reports “a term sheet is out” on the 300,000-square-foot space, with rent starting at $75 a square foot, rising to $85 for the top two floors. If the deal goes through, HSBC will likely sell its building at 452 Fifth Avenue.
