Sportscaster Bob Costas won’t have to worry about selling his Time Warner Center condo while hosting the Olympics for NBC this summer. His 61st-floor, three-bedroom apartment in the south tower sold for $8.5 million. He bought the unit in 2005 for just $4.95 million. As The Real Deal first reported, Costas paid just over $11 million for a condo at 15 Central Park West.
