Investors in real estate scam sue law firm

Investors are suing a Long Island law firm for advising a fraudulent real estate LLP, claiming that it drafted misleading documents and helped conceal the role of the two felons who ran Cobalt Multifamily Investors in Great Neck. The firm, Certilman, Balin, Alder, & Hyman LLP, and one of its partners, Martin Unger, are named in the suit, which was filed Friday.
