Tamara Mellon, founder and president of the designer shoe line Jimmy Choo, has picked up Seagram heir Edgar Bronfman Jr.’s condo at 3 East 95th Street for $20 million. The 7,140-square-foot duplex penthouse, located in the Carhart Mansion, had an asking price of $21.75 million. Bronfman paid $18.75 million for the home last November.
