Developer Alexico Group has released renderings for its high-rise condo planned for 56 Leonard Street, designed by the Swiss starchitect team responsible for 40 Bond, Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron. The 57-story, 145-unit project will have apartments ranging in size from 1,430 to 6,380 square feet. The two- to five-bedroom apartments, which each have private outdoor space, will be priced from $3.5 million to $33 million. Occupancy is slated for late fall 2010.
