The “hipster landlords” of an eight-unit residential building at 533 Bergen Street in Prospect Heights plan to remodel it as a 20-room private residence and have forced out four rent-stabilized tenants under a law that allows property owners to evict rent-stabilized tenants if the owners plan to move in.
