The price of artist Julian Schnabel’s triplex penthouse in the West
Village has been cut again — this time by $5.5 million, to $24 million.
Schnabel directed the Academy Award-nominated movie “The Diving Bell
and the Butterfly.” The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath,
3,700-square-foot condo on West 11th Street originally went on the
market in February for $32 million, and was lowered to $29.5 million in
July.
