Office buildings get concierges

Some Manhattan office buildings are starting to get residential amenities, like concierges, to create a more luxurious feel in the building and to set them apart from other commercial spaces. The Carlyle Group, Capstone Equities and Leonard Stern, chairman & CEO of Hartz Mountain Industries, have all hired the concierge service Abigail Michaels for their buildings.
